Move your coaching over in an afternoon.

Your lifters, their history and your programs. Here's how coaches bring all of it into POWALIFTA without retyping a set.

  1. Paste your program.Copy the cells from your sheet and paste them in. POWALIFTA reads the way coaches write: 3x5 @8, @7‑8, 2 RIR, 75%, 1x3 @8 then 3x5 160kg. Save it as a template and give it to any lifter.
  2. Send invite links. One link per lifter. They tap it, join free and land on your roster.
  3. Set the maxes for % work.Percentages work from the max you set for the block, or from each lifter's best estimated max from training.
  4. Bring in their history.Lifters link their OpenPowerlifting profile and every meet comes in with its attempts. Training logs come in from a CSV file or pasted rows too, and you see every set it read before anything is saved.

Coming from another coaching app?

If it exports your programs to a spreadsheet, paste that in. Same notation, same weeks.

What your lifters get

An app on their phone: today's session ready to go, one tap per set with how it felt, a rest timer, PRs the moment they happen, and meet day planned from what they've actually lifted. Lifters use it free.

What you get on a laptop

The lifters who need you come first, each with the fix ready. A page for every lifter, and next week written beside how this week was lifted. When the next block starts, the last one is kept, along with what it gained. See a coach's week.

What stays yours

Your programming and your notation. Any program exports as a CSV file in one click, so nothing is locked in.
