Coaching cues for the powerlifts, their training variants, and the accessories that carry over — setup, execution, and the common faults to fix. The carryover multiplier is what POWALIFTA scores each variant at versus a competition lift.
Cues are a starting point, not a rulebook — every lifter has slightly different leverages. If something hurts, back off and get eyes on it. Variant multipliers (e.g. tempo squat 1.12×) are how the app converts a variant lift to a competition-equivalent e1RM, so your strength chart compares like for like.
